Information may change from time to time. If you are aware of any inaccuracies or changes in the information please contact us.   2. Limits: Different annual plan limits ($2,500 to unlimited). 
  3. Reimbursements: 70%, 80%, or 90% of reasonable and customary vet charges.  
  4. Deductibles: Annual Deductible with various premium and deductible options.  
  5. Eligibility: Pets ages 9 & up are not eligible to enroll in illness coverage. Health restrictions may apply.
